Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with XCV STUDIOS. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we are happy to help you with a refund or exchange. Please read our policy below to understand how we can assist you.
1. Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and labels attached.
We will issue a refund to the original payment method once the returned item is processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The returned item must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with original tags still attached.
If you’re exchanging for a different item, we can process a refund for the original item and you can place a new order for the replacement.
3. How to Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at xcvstudiosldn@hotmail.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a returns address and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a full refund or replacement.
We may ask for photographs of the damaged or faulty item to assist in the returns process.
5. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised items or underwear for hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at xcvstudiosldn@hotmail.com within 48hrs of receiving your order.
TAXES & DUTIES
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, shipping charges and return fees will be deducted from the refund.
